What is Core20Plus5
Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board (ICB) are working with three local community organisations to reduce healthcare inequalities across three priority clinical areas that affect 20% of the most deprived communities disproportionately as part of the NHS's national Core 20 Plus 5 program.
This survey asks about your awareness of the long-term effects of coronavirus (long COVID) and includes questions about support and services related to it. The information collected will help decide what can be done to improve services in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. Ends on 19th February 2023
WHAT WE DO

Our health initiatives range from organ, blood, and stem cell donation to diabetes, heart disease and mental health projects.
We work closely with both national organisations and local community health care professionals to better support South Asian patients and carers within the region.
